Stage 1
Activation
Awaken the body
Yoga Asanas to gently activate the nervous system, mobilize the spine, and prepare the body for deep practice. We open before we go inward.

Relaxation
Surrender into rest
Yoga Nidra and conscious release techniques. Profound rest is the doorway to renewal — the body must be safe before the mind can soften.

Respiratory Modulation
Regulate life-force
Authentic Pranayama — Nadi Shodhana, Bhramari, Kapalabhati, Bhastrika and beyond. We learn to consciously direct the breath that directs the mind.

Stage 4
Cognitive Stillness
Enter inner silence
Dhyana — meditation that arises naturally when the breath is steady. The mind no longer wanders. Awareness becomes home.

Pranayama works like a plant — the visible flower is supported by deep, invisible roots. ARRC builds those roots: nervous system, breath, attention.
